It was first published as "Air russe", a Russian air, and it's been trotting through salons, music boxes and commercials for two centuries since. The whole spirit of this MIDI file lives in its staccato: a left hand hopping on dry chords, a melody dancing while visibly holding back a grin.
This is Schubert at his most approachable and most clever. Few awkward chords, a reasonable range, but a real demand for character: every plucked note must bounce at the same height, every appoggiatura bite exactly enough. A great recital piece for an intermediate player who wants to shine without gambling.
Right hand, in letter names (C4 = middle C): A#4 G#4 G#4 A#4 G#4 G4 G#4 A#4 C5 G#4 A#4 C5 A#4 G#4 G#4 A#4 G#4 C5 C5 F5 C5 F5 F#5 F5… The rest scrolls in the preview above, with the fingering, and the sheet music PDF has the whole piece.
Here are the Moment Musical No. 3 in F minor virtual piano notes, in computer keyboard letters: the first 8 bars of the theme, after the 2-bar introduction. One key per note, read left to right; dark keys are the sharps, and a thin line marks each bar. The melody sounds an octave lower than written, so it fits on the keyboard.

Staccato notes fall in Pianovera as short little blocks, very recognizable: if your blocks look like they're touching on screen, your staccato is too long. The visual feedback fixes that faster than any explanation.

We rate it intermediate: 1059 notes over 1:57, spanning C2 to A#5. The first thing to work on: an even, light staccato from a loose wrist.
Right on this page: the "View the sheet music" button opens the PDF (104 KB), engraved by the Mutopia Project from the same source as the MIDI file, Public domain license. View it, print it, keep it.
Yes. Franz Schubert died more than 70 years ago, so the work (1828) is public domain. This MIDI engraving is public domain too: download it and use it freely, videos included.
